i-view™ is a single-use, fully disposable video laryngoscope providing the option of video laryngoscopy wherever you might need to intubate. By incorporating a Macintosh blade, i-view™ can also be used for direct laryngoscopy and the technique for insertion is more familiar and instinctive than for devices with a hyper-angulated blade. Ready to use seconds after removing from the packaging, the ergonomic design ensures i-view is easy to use, and the integral LCD screen provides an optimal view in a variety of light conditions.

The Universal Stylet Bougie, or USB™, represents a significant advance in the design and development of tracheal introducers (bougies) and stylets. Traditionally, the design requirements of stylets and bougies were considered incompatible—stylets require rigidity to manipulate and maintain a variety of angles, while bougies require flexibility for positive tracheal ring feedback and precise placement feedback while incorporating specific memory characteristics to allow correct placement.

The USB's unique design incorporates two metal inserts with different and distinct properties either side of a more flexible middle section. The USB can easily be manipulated to a variety of angles when used as a stylet, yet has the flexibility when used as a bougie to provide a significantly enhanced level of tracheal ring feedback.

In addition, the hexagonal shape provides less contact with the inner surface of the tracheal tube, providing particularly easy insertion and removal.

In emergency medicine, you need equipment that's easy, rapid and reliable to use. The i-gel® Plus Resus Pack contains everything you need to prepare, insert and secure the i-gel® Plus. This means there is no need for cuff deflation prior to insertion and no cuff inflation after placement to secure a seal, shortening and simplifying the preparation and insertion procedure.

The i-gel® Plus is incredibly easy to use. Insertion is rapid and can normally be achieved in less than 5 seconds. The simplicity of i-gel® Plus means the insertion technique is instinctive, reliable and does not require or benefit from the insertion of fingers or thumbs into the patient's mouth. The i-gel® Plus has been designed to facilitate ventilation as part of standard resuscitation protocols, such as those designated by the American Heart Association (AHA) and European Resuscitation Council (ERC). However, the i-gel® Plus incorporates a supplementary oxygen port, so can also be used for the delivery of passive oxygenation, or Passive Airway Management (PAM™), as part of an appropriate cardio-cerebral resuscitation (CCR) protocol.

HEROS blades have a patented serration pattern and unique cutting and ripped design, modeled after shark teeth. HEROS SHEARS can cut through anything from loose weave gauze to the protective gear you wear to save time and provide fast access to patients. It can be supplied with an optional adjustable, ergonomic holster with a rotating molle clip. These feature-filled shears are designed to be by your side season after season.

Spherasorb™'s chemical formulation has been developed specifically to address the potential problems of use within the medical environment.

Features and Benefits include only 1.5 % Sodium Hydroxide, Zeolite to reduce the risk of drying out and Spherasorb™ is made of 3-4mm spheres processed to minimize potential dusting and an even gas flow for optimum CO2 absorption.
