A ruggedized, submersible, two-wire kit available for operators where wearing a headset or shoulder mic is not warranted. The Lo-Vis R23 was specifically developed for US Military applications where a less overt kit was required for specific operations. The speaker and microphone are both IP67 rated and built of blackened stainless steel. The circuitry housing of the Lo-Vis R23 is completely sealed, preventing dust, dirt and water ingress. Each of the kit's three cables are captured by extra long / flexible strain and stress reliefs. The Lo-Vis R23 features a stainless steel, rotating alligator clip on both the speaker and microphone assemblies. The coiled ear tube assembly is replaceable and was designed to allow for multiple styles of ear pieces and sizes. The Lo-Vis R23 features an Atlantic Signal designed and manufactured over-mold capturing the NEXUS 4 or 5 conductor male plug assembly.

By far, our most popular single comm push-to-talk! The Invictus Single™ comm was the initial next generation PTT designed, developed and manufactured by Atlantic Signal - based on feedback from clientele in the field. The Invictus Single™ comm push-to-talk is our next generation design of the original U94 PTT. Over 18 months in development, following feedback from operators in the field. All circuitry, bare wires, solder joints and switch lugs are sealed 100% from dust, dirt and water ingress. The blackened stainless steel MOLLE clip was designed to slide through two strips of MOLLE bands for added stability. The clip can be mounted at the 12, 3 ,6 or 9 o'clock positions and can be removed from the rear side of the PTT housing and affixed to the front to accommodate left handed shooters. Custom strain and stress reliefs were designed in as part of the PTT body housing to ensure cable stability and deflect concerns of cables / wiring becoming disengaged and or pulled from the housing. The PTT actuation switch is shrouded to avoid A/D issues. The Invictus body was designed to ergonomically fit easily in the palm of the hand while lining up the thumb for ease of depression and release against the switch. The 6 pin radio connector shown here is just a sample of the over 100 portable radios worldwide that Atlantic Signal builds interfaces for. We only use the aluminum housing 6 pin, perform all of the individual wiring/soldering and over-mold the entire assembly to add strength to the overall build while also preventing dust, dirt and water ingress. nan nan nan

Our kit is the only AVON mask adapter designed to disable your headset's microphone to avoid the negative impact of environmental noise outside the mask when transmitting We developed the AVON Comms Cable Kit at the request of a representative of USSOCOM originally for the AVON FM53 mask. The specific request was to develop and deliver a cable kit that interfaces to the mask's ECP (electronic communications port) and when connected to a headset - the kit would disable the operator's headset boom mic - only using the microphone inside the mask, directly in front of the mouth. Atlantic Signal developed, designed and manufactured DOD ICS cable assembly Originally developed in 2011 with the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Operations teams. This cable is traditionally used by DOD clients utilizing air assets. The custom circuitry, developed by Atlantic Signal, inside the over-molded Nexus connector - reads the ICS impedance levels and adjusts the headsets' performance accordingly The housing shown in the photo depicts the larger than average over-sleeve surrounding the Nexus plug - this contains the custom DOD asset compatible circuitry The plug and play design of the Atlantic Signal DOD ICS cable - allows an operator to stow the cable when not in use. When connected to the appropriate PTT housing, the custom over-molded connector stands at a 60 degree angle for ease of access with a gloved thumb and forefinger.
