GENERAL EXPEDITIONARY

Filtration and Remineralization System (FILMIL) is designed to draw from fresh water, brackish, or seawater sources, ensuring high purification rates for both drinking and construction water. It reintegrates essential minerals like calcium and magnesium to RO purified water to repurpose as drinking water. The onboard storage can hold a maximum of 300 gallons for drinking, and 400 for washdown purpose. The addition of 3K fabric holding tanks can be added to the system to support higher consumption and can be filled at a rate of 7000 gallons per day. Efficient power usage across all components ensures high output performance, delivering reliable water at a rate of 56 GPM at 70psi. The system operates in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°f to 120°f. It includes convenient onboard dispensers, multiple input and output ports, and an adapter hose kit with reducers.

The DCG Series Tactical Power Solutions are rugged, mission ready diesel portable generators delivering reliable power in austere environments. Available in 3.5 kW and 5.0 kW models, the DCG family features a compact, shared footprint and common components to simplify logistics, maintenance, and field service. Powered by premium air cooled engines, these generators support Diesel D1/D2, Jet A, JP 8, and F 24 fuels, ensuring global operability. An integrated 5 gallon fuel tank provides long runtimes, while pushbutton electric start with recoil backup and a glow plug cold start system enable dependable operation down to –25°F (–30°C). With 120/240V single phase output, NATO compatible 24V starting, USB charging, and durable construction, the DCG Series delivers flexible, high reliability power for tactical and expeditionary missions.

The Fresh Water Pump (FWP) is a mission-ready, high-performance solution designed to deliver reliable potable water distribution in expeditionary and field environments. Featuring a 3 hp, two-stage stainless-steel centrifugal pump, the FWP provides a flow rate of 40-50 gallons per minute at a nominal 50 psi to support sustained operations. Built using potable-water-rated materials, the system includes an integrated inlet filter to protect downstream equipment and ensure water quality. Army-standard 1.5 inch cam-lock fluid connections allow seamless integration with existing field water systems. Automatic pressure control, a constant pressure valve, and a pressure tank deliver consistent flow, while run-dry protection prevents pump damage if the water source is interrupted. The lightweight, roll-cage-protected design enhances durability and transportability. Optional freeze-protection and cold-weather accessories enable reliable year-round operation across diverse climates.

The Waterhorse is an easily relocatable storage shelter designed for potable water supply. It features a seamless high-density polyethylene molded tank with a 4" fill port and a 2" dispense port. Includes comprehensive anti-freeze protection through insulation, immersion heaters, and heat trace. An electric panel and temperature monitoring system are mounted internally behind cargo doors. The system is equipped with 16" duct ports for interfacing with the IASH and electrical and hose interfaces. Flood lights are mounted on the container to enhance visibility. Additionally, the system includes a filter housing for M98 CBRN protection and is ABS certified. The system measures 20'L x 8'W x 8.5'H, weighs 6950 lbs.

The Next Generation JLTV Assault Kitchen is a highly mobile, company-level feeding solution designed to support light to heavy forces in dynamic field environments. Engineered for rapid deployment, the system can be fully operational in 10 minutes or less and mounts to a JLTV cargo trailer for seamless tactical mobility. On-the-move heating ensures meals are hot and ready upon arrival, enabling efficient feeding at multiple locations. The kitchen supports up to 250 UGR Heat & Serve meals and can prepare up to 150 UGR-A rations using an integrated M59 Field Range and griddle. A gas-strut-assisted roof lift allows fast, low-effort setup and teardown, while deployable flaps and an awning provide covered feeding areas. Powered by 24V DC vehicle power and certified for air, land, and sea transport, the Assault Kitchen delivers flexible, reliable feeding capability for expeditionary operations.

The Expeditionary Field Sanitation Center (FSC-TRICON) is a containerized, mission-ready solution designed to support dishwashing and sanitation operations for up to 150 personnel in deployed environments. Housed in an expandable, ISO-compliant Tricon container constructed of durable Corten steel, the FSC provides a rugged and transportable sanitation capability across land, rail, sea, and air. The system features three diesel-fueled sinks with thermostatic controls for consistent temperature-regulated cleaning, along with integrated grease separation and wastewater storage for efficient waste management. Three drying racks and two drain tables streamline dish handling and throughput. Dual Environmental Control Units provide heating and cooling-one per wingwall-ensuring reliable operation in diverse climates. Designed for rapid deployment, the FSC can be set up by two trained personnel and offers Berry-compliant fabrication, stackable shipping certification, and a compact footprint that expands to maximize interior workspace.

The Expeditionary TRICON Self-Service Laundry System is a deployable, containerized solution designed to provide reliable laundry services for up to 150 personnel in expeditionary and austere environments. Housed in an expandable, ISO-compliant Tricon container constructed of durable Corten steel, the system is certified for transport by land, rail, sea, or air and supports rapid deployment by trained crews. The laundry shelter is equipped with four high-efficiency, front-loading washing machines and four light commercial dryers, delivering effective, self-service operation with minimal oversight. Integrated fresh and grey water storage, an on-board waste and supply pump, and included hoses and power cables support sustained operations. A 500 BTU Environmental Control Unit provides heating and cooling for operator comfort, while wingwall support jacks maximize interior workspace when deployed. The system offers a compact stowed footprint that expands to enhance operational capacity in the field.

The Waste Water Pump - 20A Standalone is a rugged, mission-ready solution designed for reliable removal and transfer of wastewater in expeditionary environments. Engineered to grind and pump multiple waste types, the system rapidly evacuates grey and black water from storage tanks to support sustained field operations. Adjustable float controls maintain optimal fluid levels, while an automatic emergency overflow shutoff protects equipment and alerts operators via an indicator panel. The integrated control panel includes resettable circuit breakers and system status indicators for safe, straightforward operation. Designed for cold-weather reliability, a thermostat-controlled tank heater helps prevent freezing in extreme climates. Multiple inlet and outlet configurations allow seamless integration with field sanitation systems, and twist-lock power outputs support connection to fresh water pumps and external heaters. Built into a compact, durable enclosure with grounding provisions and easy-clean drain access, the Waste Water Pump delivers dependable wastewater management wherever the mission demands.

Designed for cold weather space heating of command posts or tent shelters, the HDT MTH35 is a self-powered, liquid fuel burning, ducted convective heater. A thermoelectric generator supplies power for combustion and air handling. The heater burns a full range of liquid fuels (DF1, DF2, DFA, JP5, and JP8) for maximum flexibility, and delivers 300 CFM of clean, heated air. The nominal size and weight of this unit provide ease of transportation and setup, facilitating rapid deployment under even the most extreme conditions. The MTH35 can be readily set up outside the tent using the air ducts provided. An axial fan circulates heated air, and remote controls make it easy to monitor, start, stop and adjust the temperature.

HDT's MTH150 is one of the safest and most reliable sources for powered outdoor heat. The heater uses 110 volt power and burns all grades of diesel fuels including the military's JP8. The MTH150 has a powerful fan system delivering 120,000 BTU (35.17 kW) of clean, heated outside air to your tent or duct system. The unit operates with fuel supplied from its integral, fuel tank or from a remote fuel supply. With air ducts attached the heater can run in a 100% recirculation mode, or, a fresh air collar allows for 300 CFM of make-up air. Standard accessories include a parts/maintenance manual, remote thermostat, two 16' x 10' non-CBRN ducts, stack extension and power cord and all but the ducts can be stored onboard.

The Shelter Support Trailer - Generator/ECU/TRAILER (GET) - provides power, heating & cooling, and shelter / accessory stowage in a HMMWV towable, air transportable package. HDT's AirBeam® RaDome (radar dome) is a weatherproof enclosure that protects a microwave or radar antenna. The inflatable AirBeam RaDome is constructed of material that minimally attenuates the electromagnetic signal transmitted or received by the antenna, making the RaDome virtually transparent to radar or radio waves. The RaDome is designed to deploy with minimal logistic support and labor while protecting the antenna surfaces from the environment (e.g., wind, rain, ice, sand, and ultraviolet rays) and/or concealing the antenna electronic equipment from public view.
