The Blue Force Gear Micro Trauma Kit NOW! is designed to hold essential lifesaving medical supplies on a duty belt to MOLLE compatible surfaces. Deployment of critical first aid supplies can be done with one hand from either the left or right side by pulling the BLIP featured pull tabs. The Micro TKN consists of two main components Ð the outer MOLLE or Belt mounted pouch utilizing the Ten-Speed mil-grade elastic technology, and a removable insert that keeps medical supplies organized.

The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! is available empty, if wanting to build your own IFAK pouch, to three available fill levels Essentials (beginner life saving content), PRO, to Advanced med items (expert level). The ADVANCED kit is designed to treat traumatic injuries as per the MARCH protocol for those providers trained in TCCC concepts.
