Containerized facilities from Alaska Defense® deliver rugged, self-contained infrastructure for deployed environments, supporting critical hygiene, food service, and support operations. These rigid wall shelters are engineered for transport and rapid setup, making them ideal for both forward and sustaining mission footprints.

Containerized units are available in several configurations, including hygiene facilities (shower, latrine, and combo), which are offered in 4- and 6-person layouts with 50 Hz or 60 Hz electrical support. Each of these hygiene units is equipped with built-in water heaters, pumps, a fuel tank, an HVAC system, and individual locking stalls to support safe male/female use. Additional options include batch and self-serve laundry systems, as well as the BICON Expandable Kitchen - offered with or without a DFAC. Leveling jacks allow placement on uneven terrain. Designed for efficient transport, all hard-wall shelters feature forklift pockets and corner blocks. Made in the U.S.A., these containerized facilities enhance health, morale, and operational capability in expeditionary environments.

The Alaska 4-Way Hub™ from Alaska Defense® enables multiple shelter systems to be seamlessly combined, creating a single, larger, and highly adaptable structure. This versatile connector expands the operational footprint of deployed forces, supporting applications such as tactical operations centers (TOCs), mobile field hospitals, billeting shelters, and dining facilities (DFACs).

The Alaska 4-Way Hub™ is designed to work with any 20' wide military shelter from Alaska Defense®, including the Alaska XP® Shelter System and the Alaska 20' Shelter System™. Its configuration allows layouts to be strategically assembled, expanded, or restructured in the field to meet evolving mission requirements.

Each Alaska 4-Way Hub™ includes LED lights, a spares kit, and a shipping container. Built for demanding environments, it provides a reliable, scalable solution for establishing flexible expeditionary infrastructure that supports sustained operations.

The Alaska 30' Shelter System™ from Alaska Defense® delivers exceptional versatility for a wide range of expeditionary and sustaining mission profiles. Measuring 30' wide, 39' or 52' long, and 15' high, this military shelter system is engineered to be easily configured for diverse operational requirements. It is available in tan or green and offered in 50 or 60 Hz configurations to support global deployment.

The Alaska 30' Shelter System™ can be fielded as a troop support (billeting) shelter, dining shelter, briefing shelter, or maintenance shelter, providing unmatched flexibility to support a variety of mission needs. Each shelter includes a mil-spec vinyl cover, liner, end panels, plenum, and heavy-duty vinyl floor. It ships in containers and features a powder-coated aluminum frame for long-term durability. A lighting kit and internal power distribution system are standard. Backed by an industry-leading 10-year warranty, this system is a proven, adaptable solution for tactical operations.

The Alaska Solar Fly® from Alaska Defense® is a cost-effective solution that reduces solar load, lowers interior temperatures, and extends the life of military shelter systems. By shielding shelters from direct sun exposure, it protects military personnel and temperature-sensitive equipment while improving overall environmental control.

One of the most significant advantages of the Alaska Solar Fly® is its ability to reduce power consumption, lowering ECU energy demand by up to 17%. Constructed from lightweight solar shade material, it is easy to pack, transport, and redeploy. Installation can be completed in less than 15 minutes, providing an immediate performance benefit in the field.

The Alaska XP20™ Shelter System from Alaska Defense® delivers unmatched tactical speed and field performance. Designed for rapid deployment in austere environments, this 20' wide, 32.5' long, 10' high military shelter achieves under-cover in just 8 minutes and complete setup in 12 minutes. Its powder-coated aluminum frame provides exceptional durability while minimizing weight for faster handling and transport.

Each Alaska XP20™ Shelter System includes a liner system, a heavy-duty vinyl floor, a light string and power distribution system, and a carry bag system for efficient mobility. Optional wood crate or reusable container configurations are available. Engineered and tested to withstand 100 setup/strike cycles with no system failures, the Alaska XP20™ Shelter System is capable of withstanding 80 mph sustained winds, gusts to 100 mph, and a 15 PSF snow load. Backed by an industry-leading 10-year warranty, this quick-erect shelter provides a proven and unmatched tactical advantage in expeditionary operations.

For more than two decades, the Alaska Medical Shelter System™ from Alaska Defense® has set the benchmark for operational reliability in deployed medical facilities. At 20' wide with 32.5' or 39' lengths and a 10' peak height, it has earned its reputation as the most tested COTS medical shelter in the Department of Defense inventory. It successfully met or exceeded all environmental tests at Aberdeen Test Center and the McKinley Climatic Laboratory, and was declared the safest and most survivable medical shelter during overpressure testing conducted by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory Joint SPICE program.

A trained crew can fully set up the Alaska Medical Shelter System™ in under 30 minutes. Since 1999, more than 3,000 units have been fielded and used worldwide in expeditionary medical missions. The system can be complexed to support 15- to 200-bed medical facilities, is made in the U.S.A., and is 100% Berry Amendment-compliant.

UTS TM Series expeditionary shelters feature an innovative rapid deployment system engineered for speed, simplicity, and reliability. Each soft shelter incorporates a unique external folding frame design paired with an integrated internal liner system that works seamlessly with the outer fabric.

This advanced configuration allows for quick, intuitive setup while minimizing manpower requirements and training time. The rope-and-pulley mechanism and frame architecture provide a straightforward, easy-to-remember deployment process that enables consistent performance in the field.

All TM Series shelters can be fully deployed in just 5–15 minutes, allowing units to achieve operational readiness quickly and efficiently in dynamic environments.

UTS TM Tall Series shelters provide a larger footprint than the standard TM Series, offering increased floor space and additional overhead clearance to support expanded operational needs. The added interior volume makes the TM Tall Series ideal for applications requiring more workspace or equipment integration.

Despite the larger size, TM Tall Series shelters can be fully deployed in less than 20 minutes with a team of 3–6 personnel. Like the TM Series, they incorporate the same innovative external folding-frame design and integrated internal liner system for streamlined setup and durability.

The TXL Series represents the largest shelters in the UTS family, providing expansive interior space to support large scale operations. Despite their size, TXL Series shelters retain rapid deployment capability and are fully man-portable, requiring no tools, ladders, or specialized equipment for setup.

Designed as a medium scale tactical shelter solution, the TXL Series supports operational missions, maintenance activities, and the protection of large or high-value assets. Vehicle Connectors provide connection for a variety of vehicles to meet a range of needs from tactical to logistics. The connectors provide a weather tight and blackout connection between the vehicle and the shelter.

The SM Series is a compact shelter designed primarily to function as an entry vestibule or corridor between multiple shelters within a larger complex. When used as an entry point, it provides a protected transition space that shields the interior environment from extreme weather conditions while maintaining blackout integrity during entry and exit.

The SM Series enhances overall shelter system performance by improving environmental control, light discipline, and personnel flow between connected structures.

In addition to its role as a connector or vestibule, the SM Series can also operate as a small standalone shelter, offering flexible deployment options to meet a variety of operational needs.

Engineered for extended missions, the XGT™ provides up to 30 hours of runtime, reducing refueling frequency and increasing operational endurance. Operating at just 65 dB at 25 feet, it supports low-signature environments while maintaining full power output. Fuel consumption ranges from 2.2 to 4.4 gallons per hour at full load, delivering efficient performance across mission profiles.

Two models are available: the Alaska 1kW Light Tower™ and the Alaska 3kW Light Tower™, each offered in 50 and 60 Hz configurations. These compact, self-contained systems are designed for rapid deployment. They can be easily transported to support a wide range of mission profiles, including base camps, TOCs, airfields, medical facilities, and staging areas.

Built with rugged construction to withstand harsh environments, our tactical light towers deliver consistent, stable light output and low-maintenance operation. Their combination of portability, performance, and reliability makes them an essential asset for maintaining 24-hour operational capability in expeditionary and tactical settings.

AKXTERRA® Trailer Systems from Alaska Defense® provide a rugged, mobile platform for transporting equipment and supplies onto the battlefield or within forward operating environments. Engineered for light to medium-duty applications, these heavy-duty trailers are built for exceptional mobility on unimproved and secondary roads. All AKXTERRA® models feature a single axle with torque flex suspension for improved ride quality and towing performance.

Each trailer is designed for use with HMMWV, LMTV, or similar vehicles, features a standard military hitch, and includes a NATO-standard 12-pin connector. Frames are constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and powder-coated for durability, with rear adjustable leveling jacks. Available in 50 and 60 Hz configurations. Some AKXTERRA® models support load capacities exceeding two tons.

The AKXTERRA® Trailer System can be configured with a trailer-mounted ECU, generator, built-in fuel tank, removable railings, and outriggers for sling-load transport by helicopter. As a heavy-duty tactical trailer solution, it is engineered to provide unmatched performance and flexibility in expeditionary missions.
