TRICON Kitchen System supports 150 persons with three meals per day, including UGRA and limited “A" rations of fresh foods. Features an under-counter refrigerator, steam tilt kettle, convection oven, cook and hold oven, steam and hold oven, griddle, and hot food serving table. The sink assembly provides pumped hot and cold water. A 500 BTU environmental control unit ensures heating and cooling. The system includes jacks to support expandable wingwalls and a serving window located on the side of the wingwall. It is housed in an expandable ISO-compliant TRICON container made of Corten steel. Key specifications include a weight of 7,200 lbs, stowed dimensions of 8'L x 6'5.5"W x 8'H, and deployed dimensions of 20'11.25"L x 6'5.5"W x 8'H. The system requires 10A, 208V, 3PH power and is certified for container shipping by the American Bureau of Shipping, with 9-high stickability. It is transportable by land, rail, sea, or air.

The EnerLayer® (and EnerLiner®) insulation system from Alaska Defense® is a proprietary supplemental insulation solution engineered to improve energy efficiency and maintain comfortable interior living and working conditions in deployed environments. By enhancing thermal performance, EnerLayer® significantly reduces the energy required to heat or cool soft-wall military shelters.

Testing has shown that EnerLayer® reduces heating demand for an Alaska 20' × 32.5' Shelter by up to 35% and lowers air conditioning requirements by up to 33%, delivering measurable energy savings in extreme climates. Alaska Defense® offers heavy-duty, reusable containers for the transport and storage of military shelters and support equipment, supporting military operations and redeployments worldwide. No other reusable container system has been as extensively combat-tested or field-proven, with a proven track record of reliability across countless deployments.

Two container types are available. Alaska Roto-Mold Containers™ provide a watertight, weather-resistant, and stackable storage solution capable of holding up to 2,500 pounds. Measuring 102" long * 40" wide * 49.5" high, four containers can be stacked on a single 463L pallet. Alaska Aluminum Containers™ are constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum and powder-coated for superior corrosion resistance. They include two fold-down sides and a removable lid with two handles per side for easy access. Measuring 84" long * 104" wide * 48" high, they can house one complete Alaska Medium Shelter System™ and stack two high for transport.

The SkyDome™ Shelter from Alaska Defense® provides advanced radar and equipment protection with rapid open-and-close capability for operational flexibility. Available in two models-SkyDome 19™ (19.8' W x 33.8' L x 16.1' H) and SkyDome 26™ (26' W x 48' L x 23' H)-both sizes are offered in 50 and 60 Hz configurations. Its retractable design conceals sensitive radar or equipment when not in use and allows full functionality in seconds, without signal interference.

A remote-control box with integrated safety switches enables the SkyDome™ Shelter to open or close in just 2.5 minutes. Unlike inflatable or lightweight fabric structures, the SkyDome™ employs a high-strength powder-coated aluminum frame and mil-spec, Berry Amendment-compliant fabric, ensuring superior performance in high winds, snow, and harsh environmental conditions. Each SkyDome™ enclosure includes liners, lighting, and a zipper entry door for access when closed, making it ideal for radar, artillery, or UAS applications.

The Alaska Folding Hard Wall Locker™ from Alaska Defense® provides secure, durable storage for expeditionary environments. Constructed from heavy-gauge steel and powder-coated inside and out, this rugged locker system is built to withstand daily operational use and multiple deployments. A tapered back panel allows the unit to be placed flush against the exterior arch- or gable-style walls of any military shelter system from Alaska Defense®, optimizing interior space without compromising accessibility.

The locker features a recessed padlock hasp to keep personal belongings or mission-essential gear secure. Each unit folds flat for compact shipping and rapid setup in the field, making it an ideal storage solution for expeditionary shelter environments.

The Expeditionary Field Sanitation Center (FSC-TRICON) is a containerized, mission-ready solution designed to support dishwashing and sanitation operations for up to 150 personnel in deployed environments. Housed in an expandable, ISO-compliant Tricon container constructed of durable Corten steel, the FSC provides a rugged and transportable sanitation capability across land, rail, sea, and air. The system features three diesel-fueled sinks with thermostatic controls for consistent temperature-regulated cleaning, along with integrated grease separation and wastewater storage for efficient waste management. Three drying racks and two drain tables streamline dish handling and throughput. Dual Environmental Control Units provide heating and cooling-one per wingwall-ensuring reliable operation in diverse climates. Designed for rapid deployment, the FSC can be set up by two trained personnel and offers Berry-compliant fabrication, stackable shipping certification, and a compact footprint that expands to maximize interior workspace.

Filtration and Remineralization System (FILMIL) is designed to draw from fresh water, brackish, or seawater sources, ensuring high purification rates for both drinking and construction water. It reintegrates essential minerals like calcium and magnesium to RO purified water to repurpose as drinking water. The onboard storage can hold a maximum of 300 gallons for drinking, and 400 for washdown purpose. The addition of 3K fabric holding tanks can be added to the system to support higher consumption and can be filled at a rate of 7000 gallons per day. Efficient power usage across all components ensures high output performance, delivering reliable water at a rate of 56 GPM at 70psi. The system operates in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°f to 120°f. It includes convenient onboard dispensers, multiple input and output ports, and an adapter hose kit with reducers.

The Fresh Water Pump (FWP) is a mission-ready, high-performance solution designed to deliver reliable potable water distribution in expeditionary and field environments. Featuring a 3 hp, two-stage stainless-steel centrifugal pump, the FWP provides a flow rate of 40-50 gallons per minute at a nominal 50 psi to support sustained operations. Built using potable-water-rated materials, the system includes an integrated inlet filter to protect downstream equipment and ensure water quality. Army-standard 1.5 inch cam-lock fluid connections allow seamless integration with existing field water systems. Automatic pressure control, a constant pressure valve, and a pressure tank deliver consistent flow, while run-dry protection prevents pump damage if the water source is interrupted. The lightweight, roll-cage-protected design enhances durability and transportability. Optional freeze-protection and cold-weather accessories enable reliable year-round operation across diverse climates.

The TRICON Shower System provides private and sanitary showering capability for 24 persons per hour (10-minute showers). Four individual shower stalls integrated into a TRICON, each equipped with water temperature control and fabric privacy curtains. System includes four hand wash sinks, with two internal/two external shave stands. 3,000-gallon bags for fresh and grey water storage, along with all necessary hoses and connections. Overhead lighting integrated into the shelter, with all required power cables included. Two ECUs ensure heating and cooling, one for each wingwall. Housed in an expandable ISO-compliant TRICON container made of Corten steel. TRICON Latrine System provides private and sanitary latrine for up to 75 personnel, featuring four individual toilet stalls integrated into a TRICON container. Each stall equipped with low-water use flush toilets and fabric privacy curtains. Main shelter includes two urinals and two handwash sinks with hot/cold water. Two 3,000-gallon fabric storage bags for fresh and black water, complete with all necessary hoses and connections. One waste pump (2HP) and one source pump (3HP) with hoses and connections. Overhead lighting integrated into shelter, with all required power cables included. Two ECUs in wing walls.

The Next Generation JLTV Assault Kitchen is a highly mobile, company-level feeding solution designed to support light to heavy forces in dynamic field environments. Engineered for rapid deployment, the system can be fully operational in 10 minutes or less and mounts to a JLTV cargo trailer for seamless tactical mobility. On-the-move heating ensures meals are hot and ready upon arrival, enabling efficient feeding at multiple locations. The kitchen supports up to 250 UGR Heat & Serve meals and can prepare up to 150 UGR-A rations using an integrated M59 Field Range and griddle. A gas-strut-assisted roof lift allows fast, low-effort setup and teardown, while deployable flaps and an awning provide covered feeding areas. Powered by 24V DC vehicle power and certified for air, land, and sea transport, the Assault Kitchen delivers flexible, reliable feeding capability for expeditionary operations.

The Expeditionary TRICON Self-Service Laundry System is a deployable, containerized solution designed to provide reliable laundry services for up to 150 personnel in expeditionary and austere environments. Housed in an expandable, ISO-compliant Tricon container constructed of durable Corten steel, the system is certified for transport by land, rail, sea, or air and supports rapid deployment by trained crews. The laundry shelter is equipped with four high-efficiency, front-loading washing machines and four light commercial dryers, delivering effective, self-service operation with minimal oversight. Integrated fresh and grey water storage, an on-board waste and supply pump, and included hoses and power cables support sustained operations. A 500 BTU Environmental Control Unit provides heating and cooling for operator comfort, while wingwall support jacks maximize interior workspace when deployed. The system offers a compact stowed footprint that expands to enhance operational capacity in the field.

The Waste Water Pump - 20A Standalone is a rugged, mission-ready solution designed for reliable removal and transfer of wastewater in expeditionary environments. Engineered to grind and pump multiple waste types, the system rapidly evacuates grey and black water from storage tanks to support sustained field operations. Adjustable float controls maintain optimal fluid levels, while an automatic emergency overflow shutoff protects equipment and alerts operators via an indicator panel. The integrated control panel includes resettable circuit breakers and system status indicators for safe, straightforward operation. Designed for cold-weather reliability, a thermostat-controlled tank heater helps prevent freezing in extreme climates. Multiple inlet and outlet configurations allow seamless integration with field sanitation systems, and twist-lock power outputs support connection to fresh water pumps and external heaters. Built into a compact, durable enclosure with grounding provisions and easy-clean drain access, the Waste Water Pump delivers dependable wastewater management wherever the mission demands.

The 6-PACK APU is a BB-2590/U based Portable Power System. Comprised of six (6) BB-2590/U batteries packed into a rugged, watertight container capable of acting as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), or standalone battery unit. Output can range from 1.2 kWh to 1.75 kWh with the ability to increase as higher capacity BB-2590/U batteries are available. Depending on the power consumption, the 6-PACK is capable of providing continuous power for over one week in stand alone more or indefinite operation when connected for a power source. The Bren-Tronics 6-PACK provides versatility needed by the warfighter to power their mission with one piece of equipment.

Soldier Portable Charger (SPC) and SPC Lite adapter which holds 2 MBITR (AN/PRC-148) Lithium-Ion batteries. It is one of many Interchangeable adapters within the Bren-Tronics family of adapters for these two versatile SPC and SPC lite chargers. It can hold one (1) or two (2) batteries on either SPC or SPC Lite chargers. When used on a SPC charger, it can hold one (1) to four (4) adapters. When used on the SPC Lite charger it can hold one (1) adapter.
