U.S. Chemical Storage - 2 Hour Fire Rated Petroleum, Oils, & Lubricants (POL) Storage Building

These 2 hour uni-directional fire rated chemical storage buildings provide a compliant structure that can store hazmat such as flammables at distances of 10' - 75' from an occupied structure. Each is prefabricated at our factory in North Carolina, and is ready for use upon delivery. These models include a 60' wide UL Listed Door, explosion proof lighting, an explosion proof exhaust fan, shelving and a fire extinguisher. An externally mounted electrical panel (120/240V) is pre-wired to each electrical component and ready for connection once on site. We can apply any other accessories needed, and custom sizes are available based upon your specific needs.
