U.S. Chemical Storage - 4 Hour Fire Rated Petroleum, Oils, & Lubricants (POL) Storage Building

4 hour fire rated construction allows you to store flammables and other hazardous materials at distances of 10' or less from an occupied structure. This can reduce material handling time, as well as provide a convenient storage structure at your preferred location. Each of these standard models includes 60' wide UL Listed Door, explosion proof lighting, an explosion proof exhaust fan, shelving and a fire extinguisher. The included electrical items are pre-wired to an externally mounted 120/240V electrical panel that is ready for connection once installed on site. Custom building sizes can be manufactured to your specific requirements, and additional accessories are available as needed.
