The Mobile Anti-Unmanned Aircraft System Defense System (M-AUDS) integrates the enhanced battle-proven Anti-UAS Defense System (AUDS) backbone capable of remotely detecting, tracking, identifying and disrupting small UAS using non-kinetic and/or kinetic defeat methods into a range of vehicles that can provide rapid mobile deployment of AUDS to critical areas. The M-AUDS can be integrated as a kit onto an MRAP All-Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV), Stryker, combat support and rapid response vehicles as a mobile platform to mount and control the AUDS solution. The radar, positioner and antennas are mounted on a five-section mast. The mast extends to full height when the operator commands it to extend. The time to fully extend or retract is less than two minutes. M-AUDS provides rapid response and deployment of AUDS to complex remote, open and/or undeveloped areas and urban environments to support operations/missions against UAS being used for terrorist attacks, espionage or other malicious activities.

The T-AUDS integrates the battle-proven Anti-UAS Defense System (AUDS) into a highly maneuverable and configurable light-weight self-contained platform that can be easily transported using most commercially available pickup trucks with a standard eight-foot bed or a standard length LTT-F (Light Tactical Flat Deck Trailer) trailer. The AUDS system, including all supporting equipment and components is contained in an 11-foot x 6-foot aluminum and stainless-steel enclosure. The UBC is a scalable charging system that charges a wide range of military and commercial batteries, and provides for the addition of new batteries through software upgradability and an innovative modular design. The Modular Bulk Charger (MBC) is a bulk charger solution for charging multiple U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) batteries including Thales' family of tactical handheld radios, AN/PRC-152, AN/PRC-163, BB-2590, and others. The MBC reduces the logistic footprint and costs when charging large numbers of batteries. The MBC is designed using a modular charging cup concept to allow charging combinations of multiple DoD batteries. The charger's architecture is based on the fielded Universal Battery Charger (UBC) with the same familiar and simple user interface. Because the MBC uses the same architecture as the UBC, it provides all advanced features provided by the UBC. The MBC operates from both AC and DC with cables provided with each system. It provides eight USB ports for charging Smart Phones and Tablets.

Thales - ClearConnect Vehicle Package (C2VP) is a low-risk data communications solution that interfaces with robotic air, ground, and water-borne vehicles to generate and distribute critical, real-time assured communications across infantry platoons and leadership for fast, reliable decision-making that reduces risk to soldiers and improves mission effectiveness. The compact, rugged Vehicle Adapter (VA) for the combat-proven AN/PRC148 family of radios provides 20 Watts of RF power amplification across the full 30-512 MHz frequency band. The VA opens up a broad range of secure and anti-jamming voice and data applications for the most advanced handheld radio in operation. Weighing 12 pounds with the radio installed, the VA can be easily integrated into air, land, and sea-based platforms. The VA chassis provides interfaces for power sources, antennas, intercoms, and data devices. The internal battery charger recharges the Lithium-Ion battery of the radio, allowing a user to dismount the radio from the VA fully charged and immediately operational. The VA enables cable-free radio dismounting within two seconds. The Removable Control Head with LCD display provides remote control of all radio functions and includes a microphone and a connector for an audio accessory. The AN/VRC-111 20 Watt Vehicle Adapter Amplifier (VAA) is a COTS/NDI, electrical and mechanical fixture combining the functionality of the battle-proven AN/PRC-148 Multiband Inter/Intra Team Radio (all MBITR and JEM configurations) and Vehicle Adapter into a system that offers an alternative to existing SINCGARS vehicular installations. The AN/VRC-111 20 Watt VAA consists of two AN/PRC-148 radios, two Vehicle Adapters, and an electrical/mechanical interface tray that facilitates direct installation into military vehicles outfitted with SINCGARS Installation Kits (IKs) utilizing Mounting Base MT-6352. The 20 Watt VAA, when installed in combination with a SINCGARS IK, enables power amplified (20 Watt per Vehicle Adapter), co-site filtered, SINCGARS performance as well as operation with the SINCGARS IKs audio devices and vehicular intercom systems such as the VIC-3. Integrating two AN/PRC-148 or PRC6809 handheld radios, it significantly increases the performance range of VHF/UHF radio net operations when extended radio linkage is required or where obstacles are present that normally preclude line-of-sight communications. PDW courses of instruction (COI) provide an unmanned aerial system (UAS) operators with advanced training in manual first-person view (FPV) piloting and/or assembly. Manual flight provides a variety of benefits over automated or semi-automated UAS technologies, including speed, cost, maneuverability, lack of reliance on easily disrupted technologies and modification ability.

PDW's flagship offering, Military Operators Manual Drone Proficiency, Level 1, is a combination of our Piloting Level 1 and Assembly Level 1 courses of instruction. The Military Operators Manual Drone Proficiency, Level 1 is a five-day course designed to give elite military operators with no prior manual UAV experience functional competency in the safe operation and effective piloting of high-performance manual UAVs. The curriculum informs participants on all things required for the safe and effective usage of FPV quadcopter drones for in-field use, including their assembly, maintenance and modification.

The Military Operators Manual Drone Proficiency, Level 1 course is a hands-on curriculum that includes classroom instruction, drone building workshops, simulator flight time and practical drone flying experience.

Together with the Quad Radio Router, the Tracking Antenna System provides an encrypted digital data link to UAVs, helicopters, planes, ships and boats. The Tracking System transmits real time command and control digital video and VoIP over 100mi. Being a component of the MANET, the Tracking System acts as an extension to the existing network and allows for greater distances.

The Man Portable Unit 3 is a compact radio designed for installation or user worn applications, and available in single or dual radio modules.

The Man Portable Unit 4 brings the Wave Relay® Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) capability directly to the dismounted user. Seamless Layer-2 Ethernet connectivity facilitates plug-and-play operation of cameras, video encoders, IP sensors, and other devices. In addition, the MPU4 is the smallest, lightest and most portable wireless MANET solution from the Wave Relay® product family. The MPU4 is compatible with PC-148/152 batteries, providing up to 14 hours of run-time. The MPU4 connects to Android™ phones and tablets through a high speed secure cable which also powers the device from the PC-148/152 battery. Inserted into a ruggedized case, the Android™ device and Wave Relay® MPU4 provide a light weight, field ready capability for everyday use.

The Quad Radio Router includes four customizable radio interfaces, and five 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports that are IP67 rated and designed for outdoor use. An integrated NATO Audio 6-pin U-283/U connector enables standard push-to-talk headsets and speaker boxes to be connected to the system. Two RS-232 serial ports are available that enable serial-over-Ethernet connectivity. The Quad Radio Router can be vehicle mounted for mobile deployments, mast mounted to cover large geographic areas, and/or paired with a tracking antenna system to provide long-range, air-to-ground connectivity.
